I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot Password?” and enter your email address. You’ll get a link to choose a new password (check your spam folder too).
How do I invite my family?
Open your Profile in the app and copy your 6-letter Family ID. The others install KnowHouse, create an account, choose “Join Existing Family” and enter that code.
My family code isn’t accepted
Family codes are exactly 6 letters (for example QZKTRA). Check for typos and ask the family member who shared it to copy it again from their Profile.
Why did an old ToDo disappear?
To keep the list tidy, ToDos that passed their deadline without being finished are removed, and completed ToDos are removed 30 days after their deadline.
How do points work?
Whoever creates a ToDo sets its reward. When you complete a ToDo, its points are added to your total and to that category in your contribution chart.
How do I change which chores I prefer?
Open the menu, go to Options and tap “Edit Preferences”. People who prefer a category are suggested first when someone assigns a ToDo.
How do I delete my account?
In the app open Profile → Delete Account. No app anymore? Delete it yourself on the account deletion page.
